Resentments: Third Column Overview

In this video we are introduced to the seven characteristics of "self" as we learn to fill in the third column of the resentment inventory. There is a second "third column video" that expands on the seven characteristics of self coming up. Watch that video after this video. This resentment inventory third column is the most difficult part of the 12 Steps to understand; so watch both videos several times - taking time to watch both videos a few times will help you understand this material/instructions.
