Resentments: Third Column

In this video we are re-introduced to the seven characteristics of self to help us better understand these seven characteristics. Please watch this video a few times before filling in the 3rd column of the resentment inventory. The 3rd column of the resentment inventory has a lot of information to digest before filling in that 3rd column. Between watching this video a few times and filling some of the 3rd column exercises you will begin to understand the nature of the seven characteristics of self.
